SNJB’s KKHA Arts, SMGL Commerce and SPHJ Science College is committed to provide quality education to create able and well-developed citizens so that they can use their knowledge, talents, and skills to sustain themselves. The mother institute was established in 1928 by Karmveer Keshavlalji Harakchandji Abad alias Pujya Kakaji to promote education in rural areas of Chandwad. The institute imparts cultural values along with modern education and has now proliferated to a great extent. The overall administration is decentralized and pro-active.

The NSS Unit plays a key role in inculcating the sense of social responsibility among the students. Other academic and co- curricular associations contribute to promote awareness of latest and important social issues and give them a broader perspective of understanding the causes and possible solutions to various social issues.

The College promotes scientific attitude among the students through the activities of Science Association such as expert lectures, poster, quiz and other competitions. Birth and death anniversaries of eminent scientists are celebrated with student centered programmes.
Communication skills are enhanced through soft skills development programme and routine teaching practices. Communication skills are a component of PG syllabi for all the subjects.
