  • The volunteers planted 50 trees.
  • A Ralley was organized on Cleanliness.
  • Voter Awareness Camp
  • Kirtan and Poetry Presentation Programmes were organized.
  • A lecture series was organized in which the guest lecturers interacted on Conservation of Water Resources, personality Development, Empowerment of Woman and Leadership Qualities.
  • Hemoglobin Check-up Camp and Blood Donation Camp were held in Chinchawe.

  • All students admitted in the college.

  • On all working days from 7.30 a.m. to 5.30.p.m.

Rules for Identity Card

  • Every student member has necessary I Card.
  • Without I Card Library Reading Material are not issued.
  • Each member should show I Card to the Library authority at the entrance in the Library or circulation counter.
  • I Card valid for the year only.
  • In the event of I card lost, the holder of this card must bring the notice to the Principal or Librarian.

Rules for Book Circulation

  • A book will be issued to a student only in exchange for one of his / her member account.
  • In return a book to the Library on or before due date .If not return in due date he / she pay due charge.
  • Journals publication, Dictionaries, bound volumes and such other documents cannot be take on Library account or I card except with the permission of the Library authority.
  • For Reading Room purpose book will be issued on I card and this book will be return same day.
  • Before leaving the counter a member shall satisfy himself as to whether the book lent to him is in sound condition, and if not, he shall immediately bring the matter to the notice of the circular assistant. Otherwise at the time of the returning of the book he / she is liable to be asked to pay the cost purchase new copy of the book

In the Stack Room

  • No member will be allowed to the take in the Stack room bags or other similar material.
  • While inside the Libraries and Reading Room no member will be allows break the silence by talking or by action of any kind, eating food, sleep on the table
  • Do not damage to any fitting, furniture, books or other kindled reading material of the Library.
  • Replace on the self any book or other reading material taken for use.

General Rules

  • Mobile is not allowed in Librarycampus.

  • Any difficulty about Libraryimmediately contact to the Librarian.

Rules for using Internet rooms

  • Don't use e-mail, chatting or any social media tool i.e. Facebook, twitter etc. otherwise he / she will be punishable.
  • As work finished shut down computer systematically.
  • Don't keep any downloaded copy, file, folder on computer.

Every faculty member is given a Login ID to access the N-LIST e-resources. The e-resources are provided to faculty at free of cost through DOAJ and DELNET databases.
8 User Orientation and Awareness New enrolled students are given user orientation programmes.
9 Assistance in searching Databases The Librarian and other library staff are competent in the use of ICT. The readily provided assistance in searching databases to the students, staff and stakeholders
10 INFLIBNET (N-LIST) Facilities It is available for users. The library has been registered for N-LIST programme under INFLIBNET. The e-resources are generated through N-LIST programme and the teaching faculty gets benefit from the e-resources

The Library has joined N-LIST (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) Programme initiated by INFLIBNET Centre, Ahmedabad. Under this Consortium the faculty member can access to 2100 e-journals and 51000 e-books of various renowned publishers. Students will also be involved in this Programme soon.

Library is trying to create mass awareness among students about the Programme.

Whole book not photo copied but some important part of the book which is very long to write down can be photocopied without disturbing the binding of the book.

It can be issued by special permission by the Principal and Librarian for a suitable & honest purpose only.

Logins are provided to each department. Students can take from them or it is available in internet rooms. Using various logins e-resources are used. On first week orientation programme is conducted for introduction of library and its collection. Internet room observer have guide on any problem.

Separate internet rooms available for boys and girls. Boys internet room on 2nd floor near to periodical section and girls internet room near to girls reading room.
