This college was established in the year 1970. The history department of the college was started since 1970. This subject was taught at the first level of UG level. This subject began to be taught at post graduate level from 2016.
After graduation in history, student can find job in the Department of Archeology and in the field of Museum. Similarly for the Preparation of competitive exams like MPSC, UPSC, SSC, Railway, Banking etc. History is important Subject.
